We'd
like to introduce you to a few of the Faces of Berry and their thoughts
on why
The Berry Company is a great place to work.

I have been with The Berry Company for a very short time, less than a year. But within this short time I have felt The Berry Company has been very supportive in my career as well as my own personnel development. With my husband being deployed to Iraq within two months after my employment began, our office got together and put together a “support our employee basket” that included such things as stamps, envelopes, postcards, pictures my sons could draw and send to their dad and many other thoughtful things. I can’t tell you how special they made me and my family feel. My husband felt better leaving us while he went to serve our country, knowing we had the Berry family looking out for us. Career wise, it’s been a pleasure working for such a caring and supportive group of people. I’m very proud to be working for The Berry Company.
I think The Berry Company has created the type of work environment most people dream about. Besides treating you like family, The Berry Company will invest in you. You're able to develop your skills through online training courses, which can be used for advancement within the company. I look at the longevity of employment of my co-workers and it makes me think that Berry's relaxed atmosphere makes for a happy and productive employee.

I feel that The Berry Company is a great place to work for several reasons. The family culture that the company created almost 100 years ago is still a very strong pillar of The Berry Company today. I have never worked for a company that puts so much emphasis on its employees. I have moved three times with the company and every time I have moved, the faces are different but the caring and nurturing attitudes are always there. The Berry Company is very well respected in its industry and the communities in which we work. It is a great feeling when you wake up every morning and look forward to seeing your friends and co-workers.
